This project entails an 8,000 square foot interior tenant improvement for an orthopedic specialty clinic in Santa Monica. The facility includes exam rooms, physical therapy areas, x-ray, and fluoroscopy services. The design incorporates a series of clinical volumes housing the exam rooms, with rounded exterior walls to enhance the natural light from the corridors.
